Section 1Using this site

1.1By using this site, placing an order, or sending a form, you agree to these terms. If that's not okay with you, please don't use the site.

1.2We're a small shop, and we can turn down an order or stop working with someone if we need to.

Section 2Orders

2.1Everything is 3D printed and made to order, so colors and finish can look a little different from the pictures and from one print to the next. That's just how 3D printing works, and it isn't a defect.

2.2Please double check your details before you submit. We'll email you to confirm, and an order isn't final until we do. Sometimes we have to say no, like when something is out of stock or can't be printed. If that happens, we'll let you know.

Section 3Prices and payment

3.1Prices are in US dollars and can change, but a confirmed order stays at the price it was confirmed at.

3.2You pay us directly after you order, using the options on the form (Venmo, Zelle, or cash when ready, depending on the item). We start your order once payment is sorted out. We will never ask for a card number, bank login, or password on this site. If someone does, don't answer them.

Section 4Shipping

4.1A lot of orders are handed off locally. If you want yours shipped, put your address on the form. Shipping costs extra, and the amount is listed on the page for that item.

4.2Delivery times are our best guess, not a promise. Prints take time. Once a package is with the post office, delays are out of our hands, but reach out and we'll help however we can.

Section 5Preorders

5.1A preorder holds your spot for something that isn't ready yet. We'll do our best to hit any date shown on the page, but dates are goals, not guarantees.

Section 6Returns and cancellations

6.1Everything is custom, so all sales are final and we can't take returns because you changed your mind.

6.2If your item shows up broken or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund. Photos help.

6.3If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as you can. We can cancel if we haven't started printing yet.

Section 7Safety

7.1Keychains have small parts and aren't toys. They're not for kids under 3 because they can be a choking hazard.

7.2Printed plastic also isn't made to hold heavy weight, so please don't count on one for anything important. You use our items at your own risk.

Section 8Reviews, replies, and messages

8.1We read reviews and replies before they go on the testimonials page. If you post one, it should be honest, in your own words, and something you're allowed to share. By posting it, you let us show it on the site.

8.2Please keep it real and kind. No spam, no harassing anyone, no sharing other people's private info, and no trying to get around the spam check. We can edit or remove anything that doesn't belong, and we can block anyone who keeps causing trouble.

Section 9Spam protection

9.1The checkout, contact, preorder, and testimonials forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out. It collects things like your IP address and browser details so Google can tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.

Section 10Your information

10.1We only collect what you type into a form: your name, email, order details, how you plan to pay, an address if you want shipping, and any message or review you write. We use it to make and deliver your order, email you about it, answer questions, and run the testimonials page.

10.2That information is kept in Google tools like Sheets and Gmail. We don't sell it. The site also uses a couple of small cookies, like remembering that you closed a notice or limiting how often a review can be posted. You can clear them in your browser whenever you like.

Section 11Our designs

11.1The site, the iPrint Keychains name and logo, and our original models belong to us, so please don't copy or resell them. If you ask for a custom design, only send artwork you have the right to use. We may say no to anything that copies someone else's characters, logos, or brands.

Section 12No guarantees

12.1We work hard to make good keychains and keep the site running, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error free. The site and our items are provided as is.

Section 13Limits on what we owe

13.1To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or accidental losses, and the most we owe for any order is what you paid for it. This doesn't take away any rights you have that can't legally be waived.

Section 14Changes

14.1We might update these terms now and then. The date at the top shows the latest change, and using the site after that means you accept the update.
